For existing EDI links
 
If there is an existing EDI link, a central contact person will be appointed for both commercial and technical queries. This contact person has access to other specialists in the various departments and in IT. You will then receive all the information you need from a single source.
 
For new EDI links
 
To obtain further information on EDI or to agree on a date for a meeting with OSRAM, you can contact your customer support assistant or the OSRAM EDI team directly.
