With the HALOPIN G9, OSRAM has reinvented the 100 year old light bulb in a new compact form. This lamp heralded the start of a new and modern generation of luminaires for the home. A new lamp was created that all the lamp and luminaire manufacturers throughout the world have used in an extremely wide variety of applications. OSRAM HALOPIN SUPERSTAR G9 lamps are ideal for small compact halogen luminaires with directional light, such as those needed at the workplace for example. The transformer-less HALOPIN is the perfect choice for so many other applications in the home. These small halogen lamps for line voltage have a above-average lifetime of 2000 hours.
