OSRAM halogen lamps not only provide beautiful bright light and help save electricity, they also have a particularly long life. OSRAM is committed to high-quality products and its long-life promise. We therefore guarantee to replace low-voltage ENERGY SAVER halogen lamps, which have a very long life in combination with appropriate HALOTRONIC electronic control gear, if they fail during the guarantee period.

Guarantee level 3d OSRAM System+ Guarantee

If OSRAM ECGs and ENERGY SAVER low-voltage lamps are used together (selected series or types), OSRAM offers a full five-year guarantee on the HALOTRONIC electronic control gear and a full one-year guarantee on the ENERGY SAVER low-voltage halogen lamps.

For the System+ Guarantee, the lighting system must be registered with OSRAM.
