If you need to install or modernize a lighting system with T8 lamps, the QUICKTRONIC INTELLIGENT DALI DIM T8 is an excellent option. It provides extensive DALI and TouchDIM functionalities, corridor function and a dimming range from 1 %...100 % (3 %...100 % with CFL). It is fit for SMART GRID, has a Fit for Emergency function and permits a very high number of switching cycles. Use QUICKTRONIC INTELLIGENT DALI DIM T8 with luminaires of protection class I for emergency lighting per EN 50172/DIN VDE 0108-100 and IEC 61347-2-3, appendix J, and for industrial lighting, office lighting, strip lighting, public buildings, factories, sports halls, corridors and storage rooms. This ECG’s many benefits include easy integration into luminaires, because it has the same dimensions as the DALI GI ECG, it also allows the dimming of amalgam lamps without harm or reduction in lamp life and provides automatic restart after lamp replacement.

Separate control gear and light sources must be disposed of at certified disposal companies in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE) in the EU and with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013 in the UK. For this purpose, collection points for recycling centres and take-back systems (CRSO) are available from retailers or private disposal companies, which accept separate control gear and light sources free of charge. In this way, raw materials are conserved and materials are recycled.
