Tailor-made full-service solution: HiRes panels for PwC Customer Experience Center Frankfurt
PwC screen installation – Frankfurt, Germany
Since 2017, management consultants PricewaterhouseCoopers have been able to give their customers in Frankfurt a very special welcome. Two 7x2 m high-resolution video screens use customizable content to guide guests inside the PwC Customer Experience Center. As a complete solution provider Traxon ensured that everything from product selection through to implementation went smoothly – and that PwC could enjoy an absolutely perfect customer experience themselves.
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
The headquarters of PricewaterhouseCoopers, the leading auditors and management consultants in Germany, is located in Tower 185 in Frankfurt. PwC has set up its Customer Experience Center on the 26th floor. Here customers and partners are given a very special welcome by PwC with spectacular views of Frankfurt and its skyline. The Customer Experience Center also serves as a kind of think tank in which new and particularly customer-oriented consulting approaches and methods are developed.
“Red multimedia carpet” for PwC customers and partners
In the aisles leading to the Customer Experience Center, visitors are accompanied by two huge high-resolution screens on the left and right which show customer-specific content, providing a personal welcome and getting people in the right mood for their meetings. As a complete solution provider and project coordinator, Traxon was responsible for design, specification, installation, commissioning and after-service.
The 7 m long and 2 m high screens each consist of 42 HiRes modules from LEDium which are installed 5 mm behind matt glass panels of the same size. Any type of content can be loaded via an HDMI signal: pictures, films, texts, graphics – static and dynamic, black and white, and in any color. Since the screen is designed as a touch screen, users can create tones or operate loaded programs.
Simple operation and clever maintenance concept
The screens are very easy to control and operate; all that is required is a suitable video signal. Maintenance is also well thought out and uncomplicated. You can simply remove the separate matt glass panels from the front using two “pins” to access the technology behind it.
