Next, the organization team will contact you with a flight suggestion for you to confirm. The cost for standard flights* in economy class are covered by OSRAM. If you wish to upgrade, e.g., to business class, please let us know.

* By "standard flights" we mean flights which fit to the program - arriving in time for the event and leaving after the event.

In case you would like your partner join the event, please contact us for availability or add a comment to your registration. All participants must be at least 18 years old. The minimum age to drive the Ferrari is 21 years. The program in general is not suitable for children.

The costs for an additional guest joining the full program and staying in the room of the main guest is 1.200 EUR (1.300 EUR for guests with long-distance flights arriving on Wednesday, June 24).
The amount must be paid before the event to our partner agency movea, based in Munich, Germany. Please take note that all invoices must be paid by bank transfer; bank fees must be covered by the participant.

Yes, that's possible. We are happy to book a flight at a later departure date for you. If you prefer to extend your stay before the event, that's also possible. The standard flights* will be paid by OSRAM, you will only be charged the difference to your preferred flight. Please note that the organization of your extension is entirely up to you. If you would like to stay at AEmilia Hotel for your private extension, we can contact the hotel so you can stay in the same room for the additional nights.

Italy is part of the Schengen area. If you need a visa to enter the country, we are happy to issue an invitation letter and send you proof of your flight and hotel booking.

Visa arrangements are at the participants' responsibility.

All participants who want to take part in the Ferrari experience and drive the Ferrari must show a valid driver's license. You will be driving, accompanied by a professional instructor in the passenger's seat. If you want to accompany another participant as a passenger, that's also possible.

• For participants from the EU, UK and Türkiye, your national driver's license is sufficient.
• Participants from Latin America must show a valid international driver's license.

As we approach the event, more information will be available to you. A detailed program including timing, some helpful information on your destination and recommendations what to bring on your trip will be sent several weeks before you travel.
