- After leaving the aircraft, please look for an immigration officer holding an OSRAM sign. Complete the immigration process and fetch your luggage. Proceed to the exit to meet your tour guide who is holding an OSRAM sign.
- Your rooms will be ready for check-in from 14:00. Your luggage will be stored until check-in.
