OSRAM supports social projects in Kenya with the Global Nature Fund
At the 2013 CSR Forum, OSRAM, together with the long-term partner, Global Nature Fund (GNF), participated in an open forum on the subject of "Co-operation between NGOs and companies - between credible communication and greenwashing". An outstanding example of co-operation between the GNF and OSRAM is the so-called "WE!Hub Project" in Kenya. The partners used this project to meet the challenge of facilitating sustainable and affordable lighting for remote regions that have no access to the public power network.
