In photonics and sensor technology there are analytic challenges that require measurement techniques beyond off-the-shelf analytics. We develop and offer such techniques to help our customers solve their issues. E.g. the chemical compatibility testing ensures that outgassing of organic materials do not have negative technical impact on LED performance. The Residual Gas Analysis in combination with suitable inlet systems is used to analyze gas fillings in encapsulated miniature laser and sensor packages.
