Which devices are supported by OSRAM LIGHTIFY?

Apple devices:
The "OSRAM LIGHTIFY App" is compatible with iPhone and iPad. Operating systems from IOS 10.0 to 14.6 are supported. Operating systems with a lower version number are not supported, also for higher versions compatibility can unfortunately not be assured.

Android devices:
The OSRAM LIGHTIFY App is compatible with smartphones and tablets operating with the Android operating system version 5.1 to 11.0. Operating systems with a lower version number are not supported, also for higher versions compatibility can unfortunately not be assured.

Other devices:
Blackberry or Windows smartphones are not supported.

What costs are associated with the OSRAM LIGHTIFY APP?

There is currently no cost for the OSRAM LIGHTIFY app download from the App Store or Google Playstore.
